This raffle is conducted by Rawhide Youth Services (“Rawhide”), a nonprofit “501(c)(3)” charitable organization located at:

2. Eligibility
- Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase. 
- Employees, board members, and immediate family members of Rawhide Youth Services are not prohibited from participating. 
- Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
3. Ticket Information
- Price per ticket: $10.00 each. 
- Total number of tickets available for sale: 6,000. 
- Each ticket must be purchased in person from Rawhide Youth Services or one of its employees. Mail or internet purchasing options are not available. 
- Tickets are consecutively numbered.  All blanks must be filled in. 
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prizes
- Grand Prize: Packer Game Day Experience - Estimated Retail Value = $11,500

Grand Prize winner may choose a cash payment of $5,000 in lieu of the vehicle and other prizes. See section 7 below.

- 3RD Prize:  $100 Kwik Trip® Gift Card (6 winners) - Value = $100 

- All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the drawing. If a prize is not claimed, an alternate winner may be drawn or the prize may be retained by Rawhide Youth Services, at its sole discretion. 
- Rawhide Youth Services warrants that it holds good title to the vehicle offered as part of the Grand Prize and is entitled to convey it to the raffle winner. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE VEHICLE, INCLUDING ANY (a) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; (b) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; OR (c) WARRANTY OF VALUE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE USAGE OR TRADE, OR OTHERWISE.  
6. Taxes
- Winners are responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. 
- For prizes with an estimated market value over $600, winners will receive IRS Form W-2G. 
- For prizes over $5,000, applicable federal withholding taxes (currently 24%) will be collected or, as the case may be, deducted by Rawhide prior to delivery of prize. 

7. Prize Substitution / Cash Option 
- If the Grand Prize winner does not wish to accept the Grand Prize as described, the winner may elect to receive a cash payout of $5,000 in lieu of the Grand Prize package. This election must be made in writing to Rawhide Youth Services within 10 days of notification of winning the Grand Prize. 
- The cash payout amount has been determined prior to the start of the raffle and is final. Once the winner makes this election, the decision is irrevocable, and the winner will forfeit any claim to the Grand Prize package. 
- No substitution or transfer of any prize by any winner is permitted, except as expressly provided herein. Rawhide Youth Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize or component thereof with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. 

8. Odds of Winning
- Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold. 

9. Publicity
- By purchasing a ticket, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes by Rawhide, unless prohibited by law. 

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If the raffle is canceled for any reason, full refunds of ticket purchases will be provided to all participants. 
- All ticket sales are otherwise final. 

11. Limitation of Liability
Rawhide Youth Services assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or non-delivered entries, or any technical failures.
