Official Rawhide Youth Services Kwik Trip™ Gift Card Promotion Rules and Eligibility
Subject to availability, Persons donating vehicles to Rawhide Youth Services during the Eligibility Period (“Donors”) will receive a $100 Kwik Trip™ gift card (“card”) after title paperwork is received and cleared, unless they advise Rawhide, in writing, prior to donation that they do not wish to receive a card. Donors must be at least 18 years of age. One card will be given out for each eligible donation, with no limit on the number of donations by a single Donor. The Eligibility Period is on and from October 1, 2024 to and including December 31, 2024. A total of 250 cards will be given out. Only the first 250 Donors during the Eligibility Period will be eligible to receive cards. Donations of four-wheel on-road motor vehicles (autos, SUV’s, trucks, vans, etc.) are eligible; boats, jet skis, motorcycles, scooters, trailers, and the like are not.
Donated vehicles must be accepted by a Rawhide agent on or before the close of business on December 31, 2024. Certificates of title or other documentation necessary to transfer ownership to Rawhide must be received by Rawhide or a Rawhide agent on or before January 15, 2025. Cards will be distributed to eligible Donors via U.S. Mail, on or before January 30, 2025.
Rawhide Youth Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization. Rawhide will provide a receipt as substantiation for a vehicle donation. The value of the card, $100.00, will be deducted from the value otherwise assigned to the vehicle including on IRS form 1098(c). Please consult your tax preparer regarding guidelines for charitable contribution tax deductions.
Rawhide employees, contractors providing professional services to Rawhide, Inc., and persons living in the same household as such employees or contractors and the immediate family members of such employees or contractors are not eligible to participate in this promotion, which is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
