How will you transform lives?
As a youth development specialist, you will directly impact youth’s lives every day by building relationships and guiding them.
You’ll create a positive and structured environment and support their daily activities and treatment goals. Also, you will work on a team that provides a therapeutic culture that recognizes and values progress toward the treatment goals of our youth.
What experience do you need?
